In the Algoma, Cochrane, Sudbury and Nipissing districts there are active geriatric networks/planning committees:

• Regional Clinical Quality Committee
• Cochrane District Geriatric Network
• Regional GEM Network
• Algoma Geriatric Network
• Nipissing Region Geriatric Planning Committee

In the Algoma, Cochrane, Sudbury and Nipissing districts there are active geriatric networks/planning committees that improve the coordination and integration of comprehensive specialized geriatric services. Sudbury Specialized Geriatric Services Networks will work to ensure consistency in approaches, strategies, priorities and outcomes across the continuum of specialized geriatric services programs and initiatives.
