Mark your calendar for October 19th, 2023, and join your fellow healthcare professionals to network, collaborate, and learn from esteemed experts in geriatrics during the North East Specialized Geriatric Centre Refresher Day. This year’s theme is: ‘From Concepts to Care:  Aging Better Together’.  This virtual event will he held from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. 

This year’s conference will deliver practical education sessions for health care professionals serving older adults across the continuum of care. The conference will provide participants with the latest developments in evidence-informed care practices in geriatrics, and explore patient centered and collaborative healthcare delivery to older adults.
